Ideal for relaxing and watching the family enjoy the pool.
Completing the inside there is a separate kitchen, a double and twin bedroom, a bathroom and shower room. The living area has two sofa beds so the apartment can accommodate 6 people. There is a designated covered parking space and the grounds are fully enclosed.

Description of Area
A great family location, just a couple of minutes stroll to a good selection of international restaurants/cafés including popular local fish restaurants and local paella specialists. The long golden sandy beach is just the other side of the road and there is a supermarket within a few hundred meters so it is possible to make the most of your stay without driving.
It is less than 1.5kms to the port and town centre of Denia with a regular bus service stopping outside the apartments. In Denia's bustling port area, you will find a nightly market in the summer months and a great selection of popular restaurants. The port is active with fishing boats and ferries to the Balearic Islands and behind lies Denia old town with its mediaeval streets centred around a castle and offering tapas bars, cafés, ice cream parlours and boutique shops. There is a stylish marina the other side of town offering trendy restaurants and late night chill out bars.

Shopping in the town of Denia is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains. In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Olivia and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera. Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals don’t miss the chance to do so.
