Beachside three bedroomed apartment with the best views in Campello. The terrace has sun all year, It looks over the marina and all Campello beaches.
There are two pools, tennis and squash courts and access to a secluded beach. From the rear are more superb views. This is probably the best location in Campello.
THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM WINTER LET AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE.
Swimming pools - there are two pools, one for smaller children. Also garden areas with plenty of space to relax in the shade.
This secluded cove has access from the gardens. The cove is below the Apartment and can be seen from the rear of the apartment, it's small and quiet. So if you prefer seclusion this is for you.
The marina and fishing port - It's just a couple of minutes stroll to view the boats and buy fish direct from the trawlers at the fish auction. Or just drink in the atmosphere.
Living room - A very light spacious room with access to the terrace. Lots of soft seating and a good dining area.
Main Bedroom - Light, comfortable with plenty of storage. This has good views of the coastline.
Twin Bedroom - Comfortable, good storage and views along the coastline.
Bedroom three - Two beds one stacks under the other. This room has access to the balcony and its panoramic views.
Main bathroom - Comprising of bath/shower WC and Bidet.
Second toilet/shower - With all the usual components.
Kitchen/diner - A good sized room with a separate annex for eating. Fitted with all the usual modcons and includes a washing machine. This room has sea views.
€400.00 per week in low season.
€660.00 per week in high season
There is a 45€ end of stay cleaning charge required (payable locally).
There is a key deposit requested upon arrival which is fully refundable if everything OK after your stay. This is usually 100€ but sometimes 150€ dependent upon the owner's requirements.
