Full Villa Description
Electronic gates lead to the private driveway suitable for several cars. The ground floor (beach) level is accessed via elegant patio doors into a large lounge/dining room furnished with elegant wicker sofas and modern glass dining tables with complimentary rattan chairs. There is a ´´chill-out area´´ with more comfortable wicker sofas and TV. There is one double bedroom and a separate shower room.
Entrance to the first floor is via an external staircase leading to a charming wrap around veranda with spectacular views to the sea, the headland and the San Antonio lighthouse in the distance. Double doors lead into the hallway with access to the lounge with L shaped sofa, elegant wing backed armchairs, a feature fireplace and a flat screen TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player. There is a dining room with a modern glass table and further sea views.
The fully fitted high quality kitchen has granite work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. On this level is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, a second double and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and a further full bathroom with double sink unit, shower, WC and bidet. A marble staircase leads to a second lounge with comfortable sofas and a balcony with more sea views. The fourth bedroom on this level has a single bed, free standing wardrobe and a separate shower room. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine.
Outside the gardens have a plethora of Mediterranean plants, trees and shrubs and are meticulously maintained. There is a ´Summer´ kitchen with built in BBQ, double sink and storage space. There is ample high quality garden dining furniture, wicker sofas and sun loungers.
Air conditioning is fitted in all bedrooms. Mirador de Javea has an imposing, distinctively colonial feel and has been tastefully furnished to provide a truly elegant holiday home situated directly opposite the beach and sea. An idyllic holiday setting.
Air conditioning is available at an additional charge of GBP 100 per week on request.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.

Great location situated directly opposite Javea's rocky beach and only 2 minutes walk to the main Arenal Beach with all of its restaurants & bars and shops.

Javea is a scenic coastal town with lovely beaches and pretty rocky coves. The historic Port and Old Town have many bars, restaurants and shops. The beach has a gently sloping shore making it ideal for children; there are also play areas to keep them entertained.
The promenade has many cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes where you can take refuge from the sun and enjoy either a three course meal or a simple snack.
There a few golf courses in the area and a massive theme park and water park in nearby Benidorm (45 minutes away).
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs.
