Description of Villa
This modern 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms villa overlooks the marina, port, town, bay, Calpe Rock and mountains and offers its guests spectacular views. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the modern luxuries and home comforts that up to 8 people will require for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. This Villa is located in the quiet, exclusive and security-guarded urbanisation of Pla del Mar and is a comfortable 10 to 15 minute walk from all of Moraira's charms (including its 2 beaches). From the balcony you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views and in the evenings you can enjoy fabulous sunsets. There are plenty of tables, chairs and sunbeds for eating, sitting or relaxing outside.

Bathrooms: The two bathrooms were recently refurbished and are clad with tuscany stone tiling. (One wet room with shower & WC and one with bath/shower & WC). The villa is served with two water heaters to ensure hot water is plentiful.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is on same level as BBQ area which, in turn, is very close to the garden table and chairs.
Utility Room: The washing machine is in the outside utility room, for your peace & quiet.
Living Rooms: Plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy Sky TV & radio (Free2air), DVD, or CD/MP3/cassette music - or the panoramic view, which is visible from the sofa through large picture window.
Cleaning/linen: Clean linen and towels are provided for each person every week of your stay, and the villa is thouroughly cleaned and checked before your stay.
Welcome and standby assistance: The Villa's managers will be there to welcome you with a small food pack and Cava (local bubbly), and will be on 24 hour standby to assist you in an emergency throughout your stay.
Further details outdoors: The large garden is sheltered with pines and has plenty of options for both sun and shade seekers. Dining for 8 can be enjoyed either in the naya or in the garden, day and night (garden lighting), with seating and tables at both. The garden also has two pergolas, a large barbecue and 8 pool sunbeds for your enjoyment
INCLUDED in weekly price: 7 nights from Saturday arrival at 4pm to 10am the Saturday of your departure, for up to eight people (+ baby); customer welcome and 24hr management standby; welcome pack; full cleaning between lets; weekly bed and bath linen; utilites; garden & pool servicing.

Nearest beach: El Portet: 0.5 km
Moraira enjoys its own micro-climate and enjoys over 300 days of glorious sunshine a year. In July and August months it can reach 40 degrees - so a cool inviting pool and two local beaches are essential. The local history is endless and what better way to enjoy spain by watching the many regular historical and religious fiestas and parades all year round in Moraira and all the surrounding villages and towns.
Moraira / El Portet area Due to the villa's superb location, a car is not essential to make the most of the town's amenities and beaches.
Moraira has 2 sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. El Portet (approx 10 mins walk) has just been modernised with new palm trees and walkways. Moraira beach is approx 10/15 mins walk.
The town is is full of colourful new shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pocket size. In the summer months, evening craft markets line the streets well into the night. There are several good supermarkets, a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.
Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding. The whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing. There are two tennis courts a short walk away from the villa, reserved for the exclusive use of Pla del Mar residents. DVD's and books can be rented easily, a short walk away.
Flea markets and wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. So is driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, La Sella, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia or Europe's largest palm forest at Elche, for breathtaking views.
For children (when not at the pool): there is a permanent fairground in town with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.
There is an international go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away, suitable for all levels. The marina offers stunning yachts to look at and fish to feed.
Golf: the nearest nine hole golf course is a 5 minutes drive away, but there are 8 other courses within an hour's drive from the villa: Club de Golf Ifach, Moraira, 7 kms: 9 Holes; Club de Golf Javéa, Javéa, 8 kms: 9 holes; Club de Golf La Sella, Denia, 20 kms: 9 holes; Club de Golf Oliva, Oliva, 35 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf Don Cayo, Altea, 20 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf Bonalba, Muchamiel 70 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf San Juan, San Juan, 70 kms: 18 holes; Club de Golf El Saler, Valencia 100 kms: 18 holes.
