Newly built and furnished 2 bedroom apartment in quiet area of Torreblanca . Situated about 10 minutes drive from the seafront at Torreblanca. Altos de Torreblanca is set in the hillside above the town; it is in a quiet location but only a few hundred yards from several good, local bars and restaurants. And just a few minutes walk to a ½ size Olympic swimming pool with its own bar/restaurant. In high season, you can use the facilities here for 4 euros all day and come and go as you please.

The lounge/dinning room is light and airy, with comfortable, new furnishings. The attractive lounge has a corner sofa unit, which will seat more than 4 people with ease. The light cream dinning suite is situated near to the kitchen for you convenience. There is Sky TV, showing the ‘free to air’ satellite channels. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ring ceramic hob and oven and all the appliances you would expect to find in your holiday retreat. A small archway separates the bedrooms and bathrooms from the living area.
Both bedrooms have twin beds, making it ideal for your golfing break. The bedrooms are both bright and airy, with ample storage and hanging space. An extra child’s bed can bee supplied to make the accommodation acceptable for a family of 5. There is one bathroom and one shower room to service the apartment. There is underground parking with lift or stair access to the apartment. Patio doors lead from both the lounge and the master bedroom onto the nice, sunny balcony, where there is plenty of room for both table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool area gets the sun most of the day. This is a good value for money property for your golfing break or your family holiday.

Malaga Airport is only 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
There are several bars and restaurants all within a few hundred yards of the apartment.
A few minutes walk takes you to La Venta de Hacienda, which has a ½ size Olympic swimming pool and bar/restaurant serving all day. This is open during the high season.
Fuengirola with all its holiday attractions, bars, restaurants and entertainments is a 10 minute drive, and Benalmádena is only 10 minutes in the other direction.
Santana, Torrequebrada, Mijas, La Cala golf courses, to name a few, are all within a 20 minute drive.
