Description of Villa
A beautiful Davenport Lakes home in a community with tennis courts,a four hundred acre lake with fishing pier, nine hole golf course and lakeside park, with barbeques and picnic tables as well as huge resort style pool and children's playground. It is beautifully furnished to a superior standard, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware and crockery features a large eating area and there is also a separate formal dining room. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and an attached two car garage. All linens and towels, including beach towels are provided.
The master suite features a queen size bed with luxury en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom have two twins each. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa available.
In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick access to major highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions.

Rental Information Rates / night, please add 12% tax:
Low season - $109 - $165/night plus tax (All year except the times listed below) High Season - $109 - $193/night, plus tax (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Holiday Season - $154 - $248/night, plus tax (Christmas, New Years and Easter)
The Process to BOOK:
Initial Holding Deposit Required - 10% -12% - dependent upon days required. This is refundable up to 7 days after payment. After this date, part may be retained to cover any charges incurred by us. Card payments incur a 4% charge to cover or processing costs.
$350.00 deposit required to secure booking. Once this is paid, the above holding deposit is non-refundable.
All Deposits form part of the full payment but are not refundable if you cancel.
The final amount has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Damage deposit is required at check-in of $300. (This is returned if no costs incurred by you during your stay).
Check in 4 p.m. Check out 11 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.

Extra charges:
Pool Heating $20.00/Per Day Cleaning Fee $75.00 if less than 6 nights. Grill, may be rented at additional cost of $35 per visit.
Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers. MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% for processing fees.
Cancellation policy. If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit. If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. Unless you would reschedule or I can rebook the dates.

Davenport Davenport, the seat of Lincoln County, offers the quiet lifestyle of a friendly country town with the advantages of the city at its fingertips. A major airport is only twenty minutes away. Metropolitan Spokane is a little more than a half hour drive, as well as Eastern Washington University in Cheney. Lake Roosevelt, Fort Spokane and Fairchild Air Force Base are all within thirty minutes.
