This is a splendid villa located on the hillside of the mountain in the beautiful area of "Coll de Rates". The villa has two terraces from which there can be seen one of the most incredible views.

Description of Area
Parcent, Jalon Valley, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain
Parcent is situated in the Pop’s Valley, in the Marina Alta. It is characteristic for its mountain views, and the sports that can be practised on these mountains as para-gliding and hang gliding or simply walking around the fountains that can be found or making panoramic photographs of the views.
The main mountain, as it is the one that is beside the town, is the Coll de Rates. Several times, on the road that goes up this mountain, have been hold competitions on bike, or racing cars normally.
The town of Parcent is only 350 meters above sea level, and in less than 20 minutes you can get to the beaches of the Costa Blanca. Parcent has all the sports installations and swimming pool so you can practice tennis, football, and the local sport Pelota Valenciana.
Then after this sport, you should visit one of the restaurants that Parcent has, and taste some of the wonderful wines of the area.
The visitors who like the fiestas should visit Parcent in August that is when Parcent celebrates their fiestas. During these they have religious activities and orquestras (bands).
For the people who like nature, excursions can be arranged to the Cave of “les Maravelles”, to Bernia, where the remaining of the castle Forat can be seen, and the panoramic views of the coast of Alicante, or the Fountain and “La Bassa dels Arcs”.
Local Activities: Horse Riding (in Benissa to 12 km), Golf ( to 20 km in C.G. BENISSA. Urb. San Jaime), Walking, Rent a Quads in Benissa ( to 12 km near the petrol station), Donkey riding in Jalón ( to 6 km), Hiking trails in Jalon (Bernia mountain), about 45 minutes by the motorway to the Water Parks of Benidorm (Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica), about 30 minutes of Safari Park Vergel, you can also visit the coves of Benidoleig and the Valley of Ebo.
