'Pay-by-Results'
How
it works:
We
set up full web page advertising for each of your holiday properties
& these web pages will permanently appear on at least two of
Sun Villas Direct web sites.
The
advertising lasts until our open ended contract is cancelled by
one of the parties.
A small, one off, charge of £35 is required to cover the
web-work & Administration Costs in setting up the properties
within our enquiry system for the duration of the Registration
period and, when a booking is confirmed, a booking charge
of the total holiday property cost for that booking will be
made as per agreement. This is payable to us at the
Deposit Stage, therefore if you require, for example, a 25%
deposit, then we would advertise the deposit requirement with
the additional % to include our commission % agreed - thus
enabling us to take our commission at the deposit stage without
it affecting yours.
We
will advertise your prices at the same price as your own unless
agreement is reached in a manner that would suit both yourselves
and Sun Villas Direct.
The percentage booking charge applies to every booking made from an enquiry
originating through Sun Villas Direct. It does not
apply to any bookings you may take from sources other than Sun
Villas Direct.
We
liaise between yourself & the Enquirer to achieve a
Booking. Once a Booking is confirmed and
arrangements for payment of the deposit made, then the client's details
are passed to you to complete the Booking in your usual manner.
Your
property will also be promoted via Sun Villas Direct own
internet advertising and we are confident that you will be
delighted with both your property portfolio presentation and,
more importantly, the resultant bookings!
PAYMENT:
You
will be able to pay your £35 by cheque or credit card.
