The apartment has a swimming pool on the premises and there is a lock-up garage and a Laundry. There is is controlled access to premises.

Situated close to restaurants and shopping centre as well as within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions.

Bloubergstrand is a seaside village with a fantastic view of Table Mountain and is only about 15 minutes drive from Cape Town and 30 minutes from the airport.

There is also available a 1 bedroom beach front apartment - also with swimming pool and Bed & Breakfast at my home with tea/Coffee-making facilities & separate entrance & patio.

Lots to do and see around the area - walking, cycling, roller blades, swimming, surfing, nature lovers with flocks of flamingos and pelicans, tennis, golf kite flying, water-parks too, bowls, theatre - so much to see and do.

Bloubergstrand is a seaside village which has a fantastic view of Table Mountain. The beach is ideal for long walks or just relaxing. It is close to everything, yet, has a laid back air. This is the place to visit if you like the outdoors.
