There is an additional charge of 8% Virgin Island Hotel Tax. Please make a separate check for the tax payable to the Commissioner of Finance. Our terms are 50% down payment with reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Special terms and 10 day minimum for Christmas and Easter. Please note that bedroom "8" (see floor plan) is available only at the 12 person rate. Also rollaway beds and cribs can be provided for extended families. Full refund will be made if cancellation is made 180 days prior to scheduled arrival. Trip may be rescheduled subject to availability at no additional cost. Trip cancellation insurance to be furnished upon request, to cover all other cancellations. We require a damage/loss/telephone
deposit of $ 500. The deposit will be refunded thirty days after
departure.
