Description
of Area
Situated at the northcoast of Crete and away
from the busy tourism area and 12 km east of
Rethymnon town.
In the surrounding area, there are mostly olive
groves and close by two traditional Crete
villages, a monastery, 5 family taverns, small
shops and 2 supermarkets, a petrol station and
the bus stop that is within 500 m.
Alkionis has a 80 m/2 sweet water pool,
reception, snack-bar, breakfast-room plus a
terrace and a small children's playground.
Community swimming pool with loungers &
garden furniture. Children's playground, Terrace
and parking.
Organised Walking Tours - daily excursions -
mountain-bike tours, horse riding, tennis
courts, water sport, diving centre.
