Finca Canor

Our 5 bedroom Finca (original Spanish country house) is over 200 years old and has been renovated to today’s standard. The total living area is approx. 200 m².

It is situated in the most beautiful part of the Costa Blanca, between Benissa and Teulada and the closest beach is in Moraira, a distance of 10 kms.  You will find all the necessary shopping facilities in Benissa and some small restaurants (no holiday prices) as the town is not commercially developed for tourism and therefore has kept most of its original charm.

On the south side of the house there is a 42 m² closed in veranda, where you will find a kitchen block and eating and relaxing corner. Here you will spend most of your time during the day. 

The living room is very comfortably furnished and there is an open fireplaces,  Here you can spend many evening hours in a special Spanish atmosphere. In summer you will find this to be the coolest place in the house, apart from the downstairs bedrooms. 

There are two separate kitchens equipped with ovens and gas burners, refrigerators, one with separate freezer and one dishwasher. Cutlery is plentiful, for at least 20 persons.   The large dining table sits 10 persons comfortably.

The property is about 4000 m2  and has 4 levels and at the entrance to the property there are two carports for parking and there is a gate to the road which can be closed for full privacy.

Bedrooms

Sleeps 10 - The house has 5 bedrooms on two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other, a small room with two single beds, only for use with two children. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and the third small room with two single beds. Each bedroom has a small built-in cupboard.

A comfortably furnished Living Room with open fireplace and dining room also with open fireplace and table & chairs to cater for 10 persons.

 

Kitchen

 

There are two fully equipped kitchens with ovens & gas burners, fridge, one with separate freezer and one dishwasher.  Washing machine is in a separate out-house adjoined by a grill room.

 

Others

 

Fan, full central heating for the winter months & two open fires, linen, towels &  Iron & Board.  A burglary alarm is installed with a direct link to the police.

 

Amenities

 

Satellite TV's in a number of rooms with a receiver for German and some English stations.

 

Outdoors

 

On the south side of the house there is a 42 m2 closed in verandah by the kitchen block and an eating and relaxing corner.  The Private Swimming Pool (8 x 4 mtrs) surrounded by mature shrubs and bushes and many flowers, an automatic watering system is installed and hopefully controlled by our guests.  Garden furniture and sun beds are plentiful.   Two carports for parking & there is a gate to the road that can be closed for your full privacy.

 

Activities

 

Trips into the mountains, visit the village of Guadalest with stunning views and trips into the Bernia mountains, walking, horse riding, golf, lots of water activities  such as sailing, scuba diving, water skiing etc., cycling, tennis and walking.   A visit to the theme park of Terra Mitica in Benidorm is a great day out & the Aqua Park also in Benidorm only approx 45 mins. drive.  The flea market in Jalon is an interesting visit.

A burglary alarm is installed to protect  your personal belongings, with link to the police

Small dogs are allowed under the condition of payment of damage.

 Easter and Xmas holidays are full season prices - £600 per week.

 A deposit of £150 is due by signing of the rental contract.

 Small dogs are allowed under the condition of payment of damage.

 Electricity, gas, water are included in above prices. Towels and bedding are    extra £5 per set per week. Weekly change of the bedding and towels is taken care of by the caretaker.

 Arrival between 2 and 8 PM. Departure until 10 AM.

 Heating in winter is charged extra.

 Final cleaning of the house is to be paid together with the final payment, the fee is £ 53.

 

For persons that need to rent a car from the airport, we can recommend Giner rent a car in Benissa. This company will place your car at the airport and all documentation can be made in Benissa the next day.

Location Details:

 

It is located between Benissa and Teulada, ca. 12 km north-west of Calpe, surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond plantations.  It is about 2 km from Benissa by car and on foot 20 minutes.  Benissa is a small village on the foot of the Bernia mountains. In Benissa you will find all shopping facilities that you require and a number of small restaurants at reasonable prices.  The property is in easy reach of Denia and Javea that lie to the north of the property and Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm that lie to the south.
