Location Details

Townhouse ‘Los Dos Olivos’ is situated in the private and residential urbanization of La Alzambra/Vassari, within walking distance from and opposite the unique harbour of Puerto Banus . The Alzambra/vassari urbanization, under the ever present La Concha Mountain, has one of the most sought after views on the Golden Mile.

All of the services that one could need are within reach, such as petrol station, shopping centers, cinemas, chemists etc. At the same time it is a quiet residential area, which is only 10 minutes away from the beach and sports areas where one can play golf, as well as tennis, paddle, squash etc. Despite being close to the action, you do not have to go far to find relative tranquility and fabulous views.

Reservations can only be secured if a non-refundable deposit of 35% has been received.  The rental balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.  If you would like to book your flights, we can hold your reservation for 72 hours without any deposit.

Damage deposit required at arrival :  Euro 500 - This security deposit will be returned in full on your departure day provided no damage or unreasonable cleaning costs are incurred.

Rates are confirmed for stays until Dec 31 2002.  Rates are subject to change without notice for stays as from January 1, 2003 unless bookings have been made prior to December 31 2002.

Stays of three weeks attract a discount of Euro 100 and stays of 4 weeks a discount of Euro 250 in low and mid-season.  Special rates available for stays of 6 weeks and more during low and mid-season.

Cancellation fees:

- up to three weeks prior to arrival                -    25%          - up to two weeks prior to arrival                  -    50%          - up to one week prior to arrival                    -    75%          - up to 48 hours prior to arrival                     -   100%
