The cottage consists of Entrance hall with downstairs shower room at one end. To the Right through French doors is the Spacious Lounge that has an original fireplace with wood burning fire. There is a Television/Video and CD player.

The first bedroom to the left is a large twin room, Velux window.
The second bedroom has a double bed, pine wardrobe, The view is over the small front garden.
The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes. This room is to the front of the property.
The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. Velux window.

The first floor shower room is on the hallway.
To the left of the entrance hall leads to the dining area which has French oak tables and benches. There are also high backed chairs.

The Kitchen area is partially separates by Oak beams. The kitchen has Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing machine and Dishwasher.
Patio Doors lead to the long rear garden that is also accessible by a gate at the side of the cottage.

The Pool is situated at the bottom of the garden and is above ground being 5.5metres round and 1.20metres deep.
At the side of the property is a garage.
There is a small walled garden to the front of the property.

Mohon is within 15 minutes drive of the large water sports park at Ploermel. There is water skiing, windsurfing, sailing and lessons are available in all these activities.

The Medieval town of Josselin is 12 kilometres from Mohon. Here are the supermarkets. Josselin itself is very quaint with many bars, restaurants and Cafes. The Market is held on Saturday morning in the main street.
