The House accommodates 8 persons in great comfort with 4 double
bedrooms, a large salon with open fireplace and a well equipped
kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and
there is also a shower room.
This
charming house is only 10 kms from St. Malo and Dinard and it
has been completely renovated to offer a very high standard of
comfort throughout. Maid service is also possible if
required.
Outside
there are extensive grounds with over half an acre of trees and
gardens.
The
house is in the wonderful area of the Emerald Coast and within
fifteen minutes of the coast at Dinard and Saint Malo and
equidistant to the delightful medieval town of Dinan.

by there are many activities which are available all year round
- golf - tennis - horse riding - water sports - fishing -
sailing.
The
local food is world famous and there are many fine and
incredible restaurants in the region and enchanting markets with
fresh produce every day of the week.

medieval historic town of Dinan is still completely encircled by
its historic ramparts, the town possesses a unique and amazing
architectural heritage successfully preserved down through the
centuries. Its half-timbered houses, churches and narrow streets
are a delight to the town's visitors.

addition to this, the owner, Georges Delahaie is a working
artist and sculptor who offers the possibility of courses in
sculpture and design in these beautiful surroundings.
