The studio apartment is located in
an 18th century house, in the historic part of Paris known as "Le
Marais", most of this protected district was built in the 16th &
17th century. Everything is within walking distance : The amazing
Place des Vosges built for Louis XIII, the Musee Carnavalet, which is the
historical museum of Paris, the Musee Picasso, the Centre Pompidou, Les
Halles shopping area, Notre Dame de Paris, The City Hall, hundreds of good
restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping opportunities.
The studio is small but
very charming, comparable with a 3 star hotel room. It's completely
new and tastefully decorated. It has 3 windows that look out onto a
quiet, peaceful and charming courtyard.
It provides you with all
the comfort you need for a short stay. It's fitted with two large,
high quality single beds that can be fixed together, TV, video, video
films in English, hairdryer, iron & iron-board, digit-code + intercom
entry, telephone, Hi-fi, safe, cupboards for your clothes. Sheets
are provided and will be changed every week (more frequently if you wish).
The kitchenette has a
fridge, 2 electric rings, microwave oven, coffee-maker, toaster and all
the basics needed to have a snack or dinner at home. We'll always
welcome you with some breakfast basics and complimentary drinks and french
wine.
The bathroom, decorated
with superb blue and green italian mosaics has a shower. a sink and WC,
big mirrors and a few drawers for your personal belongings. Hand
& bath towels are provided for everyday use. There is a
launderette in the same street - only 100 metres on your right! The
bakery for your croissants, the open-air market and some delicious grocery
shops are just around the corner.
