The flat is very bright and absolutely silent.   A nice comfortable lounge and dining area.

 It provides you with all the comfort you need for a short stay.  It's fitted with a very good hi-fi system + telephone + fax + answering machine, internet access.  The windows overlook a very quiet street.  The flat belong to an art director who lives there for most of the year.
  
The kitchen is small but very well equipped with a fridge, oven & 4 electric rings, coffee-maker, toaster, washing machine and all the basics needed to have a snack or dinner at home.

The flat is located near many food stores, tea-houses, night bars and restaurants.  The bakery for your croissants, the supermarket and some delicious grocery shops are just down the street.

The apartment is in a Hausmanian house built around 1890, renewed in 1990.  The Flat has been completely renewed in 1997.

5 minutes walk to the Bastille and the new opera house, 15 minutes to the Picasso Museum, the Centre Pompidou and le Marais District.
