Here you can rest in the quiet, but Draguignan centre is only 6 km from the villa. THE villa sits high on a hill side which makes an impression as you drive up the villas entrance and gated driveway with plenty of space for parking. The garden is mostly meadow grass, falling gentle away from the main villa, a great space for children to play safely. THE villa is on 2 floors, plenty of space for a large party to spend time together. The bathroom is large with a semi sunken bath, walk-in shower and twin hand basins. A separate WC is across the hall. There are stairs to the lower floor into an open area for storing your suitcases during your visit. From here you enter through a large bedroom which inter-connects to another into the main living area. This has large French doors to a second drive and could be an independent entrance to the lower floor if wished. The main living area has a log burning fire, sofa, table and chairs TV and Hi-Fi. A small fitted tile kitchenette with gas hob, microwave and fridge. There is a further large bedroom and shower room with a separate WC. The large pool and patio is placed to the side of the villa receiving all day sun. Around the pool there is plenty of room to laze in the sun and relax. Beside the pool is the open kitchen with BBQ ideal for cooking and dining out enjoying the Provence country side. All linen is provided including pool towels.
