This villa is within the private domain of St.Pierre; just outside the village of Tourtour also known as the “village in the sky” for its most wonderful views of the Provencal countryside.

Here you can have a holiday away from it all, with plenty of space to enjoy its rural setting. This spacious villa has a large lounge diner with an open fireplace and patio doors that looks out upon the countryside. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with granite work surfaces and a built-in breakfast bar. From the kitchen you can walk out into a covered terrace with a built-in BBQ, pizza oven a sink and a large round dinning table with chairs. From here, you too have the open views across the rolling countryside. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes plus a luxury bathroom with a sunken Jacuzzi bath with hand shower, a corner hand basin unit with marble surface, plus a walk-in shower with multi jets. The WC is separate along the hall that has many floor to ceiling fitted cupboards. There are two further bedrooms both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, a second full bathroom plus a separate WC.

The tiered garden has many mature plants and shrubs up towards the forest edge. The pool sits to one side of the villa and is totally private with a large patio area for soaking up the sun. Beside the pool is a shower room with a WC and a carport for one car.

St.Pierre is a private wooded domain area 5 km. outside the village of Tourtour in the centre of the Var surrounded by woodlands, vineyards and many Provencal villages. The whole area is calm and beautiful, cooler than on the coast during the hot heady summer days. Within the domain there is plenty of grassed areas for walking, a swimming pool and tennis courts, a great place to meet other families spending time at the domain, maybe on their summer holidays.

A deposit of 30% is requested with booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences.
A refundable security payment of £ 250.00 is requested, paid with the balance of payment.
