This warm and cosy villa sits in the hills of Callas with open views of
the village and the tall hills beyond. The centre of the village with
its small shops, cafιs and restaurants is just a short walk along a
country foot path.
The villa has a comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, high beamed
ceilings and French doors looking out on to the pool and gardens. The
dining area is on another level to the rear of the lounge as has a
wooden beamed ceiling with a large table and chairs, the stairs to the
bedrooms are beside the dining area. The kitchen is bright and very well
fitted with wooden Provencal units housing a dishwasher, oven and hob.
From the kitchen you can walk out onto a covered patio with table and
chairs and a built-in BBQ. The utility room has an American fridge
freezer and the washing machine.
The master bedroom has a full en-suite shower room and has wonderful
views to the village on the hill. There is a twin bedroom which has
fitted wardrobes and French doors out onto the garden and pool area. The
third bedroom has bunk beds and a hand basin plus fitted wardrobes.
There is a full bathroom and WC and a separate WC to the landing.
The villa sits in the middle of a most beautiful tiered garden with the
heated pool to one side completely private surrounded be mature shrubs
and hedges with all day sun. This is a calm place to relax and look at
the view. There is a car port and parking to the front of the villa, the
garden is gated making it safe for children to play.
All linen is provided including pool towels

of 10 a.m.
A deposit of 30% is requested with booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences.
A refundable security payment of £ 250.00 is requested, paid with the
balance of payment.
