The villa is newly completed with a large open, light and sunny lounge dining room. The lounge has a TV and music centre plus a wood burning stove there are French doors to the front of the villa. The dining area with its large table has French doors to a covered terrace leading to the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. To the ground floor is a bedroom with bunks, a separate WC and a large bathroom with a corner bath, shower unit and twin hand basins.

To the upstairs is a large master double bedroom with a private balcony with chairs and a small table looking out over the rolling hills. The second double bedroom has a small balcony with the same wonderful views. There is a twin bedroom, plus a complete bathroom.

The garage has a work-out bench, for those who wish to keep trim, plus the washing machine. This is a rural setting, the garden is tired with mature tress and grassed areas the pool receives all day sun just to the side of the villa. There is an outside dining area under the covered terrace. A large parking area to one side of the villa and plenty of room to play boul.

A car is recommended.

This Provencal hill top village with it's church tower dominating the sky line, has a few small shops, bars and restaurants. It is about 100 Km. from Nice airport and the local beaches are about 40 minutes drive. This area has so much to offer, wine, good food, beaches, sleepy villages, 7 golf courses all within an hours drive or less and the Gorges de Verdon for those cycling and outdoor enthusiasts
