This very unique stone villa is in the countryside behind the village of Bagnols-en-Foret and is full of Provencal charm. Walk through the large wooden door into the stone walled entrance hall with a dining area and look out onto the garden through the stone arches with glass doors. Here the sun shines through and lights up the old stone walls.

The villa has many rooms on different levels making an interesting place to visit with it rustic ambiance. The country kitchen is to the centre of the villa with a wooden table. There is a lounge with a wood burner comfy sofas TV and music centre from here you can walk onto the main patio of the garden and down to the pool. The bedrooms are all so individual, one double to the upper floor with its own wash hand basin. A large double bedroom to a lower level, next to a shower room with a walk-in bath/shower with hand basin. From the main hall, there is another double bedroom next to a complete bathroom. In the original cabanon which, the rest of the villa has been built around is a twin bedded room plus a small sitting room, this opens out onto one of the patios with the BBQ and pizza oven.

To the front garden are olive trees and a grassed frontage with parking for 2 cars.
The back garden is bordered by mature trees giving total privacy where you can laze around the pool or on the grassed areas, ideal for children to play. There is a small patio with a BBQ and pizza oven under the shade of the trees within the garden.

A car is recommended.

It looks over the most wonderful rolling hills, and beyond to the Mediterranean. You are within easy reach of the A8 autoroute and the beaches, it’s a great area for cycling, golf and outside enthusiasts. There are 7 golf courses within an hours drive or less, the closest and one of the newest being St Endréol at La Motte. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo and St. Tropez are all within an hours to a few hours drive from the villa.
