The villa is just along to coast to the west from St Maxime within a private domain with security gates. The domain has mature tress and wonderful views St. Tropez across the bay.

The living room is very well furnished with a large sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV and radio. From here through French doors is the sun lounge having the dining table and chairs plus a cane sofa, this is a really lovely place to sit an look out onto the patio garden and over the tree tops to the sea beyond. The sun lounge has sliding door out onto the patio where there are table and chairs for outside dining plus a BBQ area. There is still plenty of room for 2 sun loungers so you can relax in the sun.
The kitchen is to the back of the living room and is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The large fridge freezer is placed to a corner of the lounge. On the lower floor you have a shower room with WC.

To the upper floor you will find two double bedrooms each with double beds, wardrobes, chest of draws and bedside lamps. Both rooms have the wonderful view from their windows. There is a single fold-away bed for a child if required. The main with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.

Each villa has its own parking bay within the complex.

The villa has a warm homely feel and is furnished to a very high standard. It is a great place to make your base and discover this wonderful area of the Var.

Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10a.m.

A deposit of 30% is requested with booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences.
A refundable security payment of £ 250.00 is requested, paid with the balance of payment.
