This new semi detached villa is within the private secure Domain “Le Green Village”in the surrounds of the Golf-de-Roquebrune, near the medieval village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens.

The ground floor is an open plan living area which is light and airy. The room has been furnished with provencal dining suite and sofas, one being a sofa bed and a kitchen is well equipped. The room has two French doors to the front garden facing north, and to the rear garden and patio with its outside dining area, facing south.

There are wooden semi spiral stairs to the first floor which has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. A bathroom with shower over the bath, plus this houses the washing machine and a separate WC to the landing. From the first floor you can see over to Frejus and the provencal countryside to the sea.

Within the domain the villa has its own parking bay, plus there are extra visitors parking bays. The domain has a large 200 sq. mt. pool which is open from May to September and has separate showers and toilet facilities. The domain offers a relaxed atmosphere with walkways between the neighbouring villas to the pool.
