THE VILLA is on 3 floors, with plenty of space for a large party
to spend time together. The top floor has a spacious double
bedroom with its own balcony that overlooks the garden and pool.
From this bedroom there is a mezzanine with two single beds,
ideal as a family area.
To the main floor is the lounge with a wood burning fireplace,
comfortable sofas, (one of which is a sofa bed,) and the dining
area. From here you can walk out onto the covered terrace, with
table and chairs for dining out or just sitting in the shade.
This terrace also looks out upon the pool. The small country
kitchen leads off from the dining area and into the hall and
main entrance, where you will find a single WC. From the hall is
a twin bedroom which also over looks the terrace and pool. A
full bathroom is found on this floor. Stairs from the main floor
lead you down to the ground floor which has 2 double bedrooms,
bathroom and separate WC, a small equipped kitchen that opens
out onto the large patio area around the pool
THE GARDEN has many interesting areas, tucked away to a small
side garden is an outside covered summer kitchen equipped with
an open BBQ and a gas cooker, ideal for those hot days. A
covered seating area beside the kitchen is a great place to have
a drink while sweating over a hot BBQ. There’s also a large
paved area for children to play away from the pool; with its
large patio and plenty of space for the sun beds. From the patio
is the utility room with the washing machine and shower. There
is plenty of parking and a garage with space for 3 cars, the
grounds are completely fenced in.
