Entrance through the main door is directly into a large open plan lounge/ diner with breakfast bar separating kitchen area. Lounge has satellite TV and music system, glass sliding doors lead out onto pool terrace making easy access for al fresco dining on hot summer evenings. Small hallway one end of lounge leads to two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. Opposite end of lounge a large spiral staircase leads to 2nd floor with one double bedroom with separate bathroom and master bedroom with 4 poster bed en-suite and glass sliding doors leading to private sun terrace overlooking pool.
Outside has extensive grounds, beautiful salt water heated pool, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and al fresco dining area with BBQ. Past the swimming pool is a full sized private tennis court. Pool can be heated for an extra charge of £100 per week.
