Villa Boa Vista Beautiful newly built 3 bedroom villa set above the village of Santa Barbara de Nexe with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and distant coastline. Car hire is necessary. The village is only a 2min drive away offering a great selection of restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank etc.  Beaches are approximately 15 -20min drive and 20min from Faro airport.   The driveway leads to the main entrance, spacious well furnished lounge with satellite TV, glass patio doors leading onto veranda, making the most of the amazing views. There is a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Separate dining room accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge. Two bedrooms downstairs, 1 twin, 1 double both en-suite. The pool is situated at the side of the house and can be heated for an extra charge of £100 per week during the winter months. Shaded eating area by pool with BBQ, sun loungers and parasols.   ACCOMMODATION Two bedrooms downstairs, 1 twin, 1 double both en-suite. Master bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom, sliding patio doors lead to a small veranda. Lounge with dining area and Sat T.V Fully fitted kitchen including w/machine, d/washer and microwave.
