Privately Owned 1 bedroom apartment, sleeping 4 is situated at the lower end of Calahonda in a quiet residential area. (Calahonda2).
Although ground-floor it has a large south-west facing balcony (not terrace) which provides privacy and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. Peaceful, yet within 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to Calahonda Beach. Ideal for couples and small families.

Bathroom - bathroom with shower over bath Reception - Lounge with satellite TV and 3-piece suite that easily converts into beds to provide additional sleeping for two. Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchenette with dual hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine. Linen, towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Iron & Board, Fan. Two sun loungers are provided for personal use around the pool. Satellite TV
Outdoors - Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a private southwest facing balcony that overlooks the garden and community swimming pool. Activities Sightseeing, Shops, Restaurants, Golf, boat trips, coach tours, swimming, watersports including snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, peddle boats, horse riding, fishing, horse-racing, boating. Special Notes - Sorry but no pets are allowed. Electric sockets are English - adaptors to Spanish are provided. Security grilles are fitted to all windows and doors.

The town of Calahonda is centrally located for trips to Ronda which is a breathtaking drive with spectacular views en-route. Also for Gibralter about 1 hour away and Granada, Mijas and Nerja.
A car is not vital to the enjoyment of your holiday here in Calahonda but it will enhance it. The beach, bars and shops are all within easy walking distance, as is a taxi rank (taxis are fairly cheap in Spain) and bus stops There is a regular bus service on the main E340 road to Marbella or Fuengirola and a train service which departs from Fuengirola to all major towns and cities in Spain, including Malaga.
There are several well-stocked supermarkets nearby including a Supersol and Lidl.
Market days in nearby Calypso are Wednesday and Friday.
Just outside Marbella, a 10 minute drive away, is La Canada, a large shopping mall. Good for fashion shopping.
