Villa Los Denia is a large detached villa situated on the hills of the Montgo affording stunning panoramic views to the city and the castle of Denia, the harbour, the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding mountains.
The interior of the house has been renovated and is in good condition with three modern bathrooms, four bedrooms and a large lounge with dining area and large picture windows offering futher splendid views. It also benefits from an additional separate WC, an American style open plan kitchen and a utility room.
Outside there are two covered porches and two outdoor terraces that make it possible to dine and barbecue outside whilst taking in the spectacular views. The private pool is rectangular with roman steps and measures 8m x 4m. For winter lets full Central heating is available and in the summer air conditioning is fitted in the master bedroom.

Description of Area
It is situated just 2500m from the large and varied Costa Blanca town of denia with all its amenities and 3500m from the beach and port and is therefore within a very short driving distance of a vast array of restaurants, bars and shops that cater to all tastes and palates.
It is also a short drive from the world class 'La Sella' Golf complex.
Denia on the Costa Blanca is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
Shopping in the town is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains. In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Olivia and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera. Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals don’t miss the chance to do so.
Access to Denia - The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both approximately 100 Kms (62 miles) away = 1hour by car.
The National route N-332 Valencia-Alicante and the A-7 Motorway (exit 62) are just inland.
There is also a rail link to Denia from Alicante and all points between.
