Villa Rivendell is a villa in a beautiful panoramic situation with views over the sea and of the Montgo mountain.
A privately owned villa situated near the Montgo in Denia. This holiday home is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa providing self catering accommodation for 4 adults in Denia on the Costa Blanca in sunny Spain.
This south facing Villa has the advantage of total sun virtually all day & into the evening. It is nestled near the foot of the Montgo mountain in Denia and enjoys a 8mx4m private pool with a large outside terrace,
A roof Solarium & a Balcony with panoramic views over the sea and mountain add to the pleasures of holidaying in this lovely villa.
The pool and terraces are south facing.
There are 2 bedrooms - both with air-conditioning - one with double bed and one with twin beds - all new furniture. Living room with woodburner fire and a dining room and a wide screen plasma tv and a home cinema dvd/cd system in the lounge.
Well equipped kitchen with microwave grill. Bathroom with walk in shower. From the lounge there are two sets of sliding glass doors that lead on to a large balcony with views of Denia Castle, the Marina & the Mediterranean beyond - in the morning you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sun rising from here.
On the rooftop solarium you have superb 360 degree views, which include Denia Marina & miles of the Mediterranean Sea, and we have a large table and chairs to enjoy the views whilst you dine al fresco. From this viewpoint you can enjoy the peace and tranquility even more so and relax and enjoy the warm nights.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven & hob, microwave grill, fridge, washing machine & dishwasher. Also with kettle, toaster and juicer.
All linen, towels are provided & also Iron & Board, fan, heater, air conditioning in both bedrooms - with all new furniture.

Outdoors - Large outside south facing terraces with a covered Private Pool 8m X 4m with table & chairs and sun loungers. There is a beautiful brick built BBQ and there is also an outside shower, a rooftop solarium and balcony. The plot is 700sqm. on a no through road, so very private. Ample Parking. The distant sea-view is forward and slightly to your left and the mountain view is to the right. Very peaceful and tranquil.
Special Notes - There is No Smoking within the Villa but ashtrays are provided for those wishing to smoke on the Balcony, the Solarium or around the pool - No pets are allowed and the Villa is not suitable for the disabled.
The Owners have thoughtfully put together a comprehensive Holiday Brochure & Information Pack which is left in the Villa for you to look through and which will help you plan your holiday. It gives you lots of local information and tips on restaurants, bars and places to visit as well as lots of other very useful information.

It is within 5 minutes drive to numerous restaurants and bars in Denia itself and 5 minutes drive to the beach where there are many beach water sports available seasonally. Nearby championship golf courses. Supermarkets and extensive shopping is only a 2 mins. drive. Hospital and Pharmacy also only a 2 mins. drive. It's a friendly relaxed location with all amenities at hand.

Description of Area
Denia is a bustling seaside resort with 22kms of beach. The Marina and Port giving access to daily and weekend excursions to nearby resorts and the islands of Ibiza and Majorca.
Javea is only 10 minutes drive away and is a bustling seaside resort with lots to do and see around the area. There are many coves & beautiful sandy beaches close by with the beautiful Mediterranean invitingly shimmering in the sunshine. The main beach area, known as the Arenal is a beautiful and picturesque cove, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars.
There are other coastal resorts only a short distance away - Moraira is about 20 kms away. Moraira is a traditional fishing village and it is a delightful and picturesque place to visit with lots of restaurants and bars in and around the square. There are many Restaurants along the Coastal Road to Calpe which is another beautiful coastal resort with long sandy beaches and long promenades with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The Theme Parks - Terra Mitica, Aqualandia & Mundomar are just outside of Benidorm which is approx 40 minutes drive away. Benidorm itself has lots to offer for the holiday visitor with beautiful long sandy beaches, lots of restaurants and bars and at night there is an abundance of entertainment.
Going inland from the coast and only a short distance is the beautiful Jalon Valley with lots of small villages to visit and explore. Or, a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest with wonderful views as you climb upwards and even more so upon your return. It's a picturesque and traditional Spanish Village with narrow street shops and breathtaking panoramic views over the Valley. There are lots of beautiful wares for sale in the bigger shops which are close to the car parking area.
