Villa Sa Creueta ground floor house has been completely renovated in Majorca style. Old materials have been used, to keep the character well. In one of the bathrooms, you will shower in a type of ‘cave’ with an oval entrance, and on the terrace stands the original old water well (safely screened off for children). The modern person has been taken into account, and the house is equipped with all possible comforts.

From the garden and the private swimming pool, you have a beautiful view over the Tramuntana Mountains. It is especially peacefully situated, appears completely rural, due to the location and the sheep grazing in the closely situated meadows.

Campanet is situated within 1.5km from the house; a lovely village where time seems like it stood still. You can walk to the town (1.5km) via a path, which leads along the house, where a communal outdoor swimming pool and recreation area with playground and sports facilities can be visited.

The famous caves of Campanet are located within 1km and several hundred metres is a 12th century church, where a big traditional feast is held during Easter. Villagers go into the woods to chop a big tree, which is set up at the church square.
