Description of Apartment

This is a new apartment located centrally in the Arenal area of Javea…the area they call Costa Blancas Jewel. Five minutes from the Sandy beach, shops. Tennis courts and Spanish Restaurants yet set amongst orange groves giving peace and tranquility.

Available all year round, this high quality apartment is located on the top floor south facing in a development of 36 apartments overlooking the Pool and gardens and with views to the surrounding hillsides and from the twin rooms, views of the Montgo mountain.

This sunny, bright apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for your holiday.

Spacious lounge with modern leather suites and dining area with glass table. Double doors leading onto a covered sunny terrace.

The Master bedroom also has doors to the terrace and has a full bathroom en suite. Two further twin bedded rooms sharing a shower room. Fans have been fitted in every bedroom for your comfort.

Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, Microwave oven, dishwasher and separate utility area with washing machine.

There is a Television with English programmes and video player. A Music Centre is also available for your entertainment.

Description of Area

The charming town of Jąvea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, The World Health organisation once selected Jąvea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Jąvea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.

Airports - The international airports of L'Altet (Alicante) at 90km, and Manises (Valencia) at 105km, provide links to the major European capitals.

Railways - The railway station at Teulada Town is served by the narrow-gauge service between Denia and Alicante. There is no interchange into the national network at Denia and at Alicante it is some distance across the city to the main-line station.

Bus Services - A daily bus service provides connections to Alicante and Valencia.
