Description of villa
This is a Spanish finca with gardens & private pool that can sleep up to 8 persons. This is a very private resident surrounded by high walls & gate. It is located in a unique position in the Montgo National Park on the peninsular overlooking Javea Port.
The finca has 3 bedrooms, (2 doubles and 1 twin). With 2 en suites and 1 family bathroom. There is a separate room which has a comfy double sofa bed - this has easy access to the casita bathroom.
There is a private pool within the secluded walled garden that surrounds the property, Sky satellite TV. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. 2 lounges, 1 with TV the other with CD player, dining room. Laundry room. Shaded parking for several cars within the property.
A haven for those wishing for tranquility, but still within 5 minutes of Javea Port and beaches, with many shops and restaurants.
Sleeps 6 - Nicely furnished accommodation with 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin bed rooms), 2 living rooms & one dining room and a full kitchen. There is a washing machine in a separate laundry room, dishwasher and Sky Satellite TV.
Bathroom - Three bathrooms, two with shower cubicle and one 'over bath' shower - two of the bathrooms are ensuite
Kitchen - A fully equipped modern kitchen with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle & dishwasher.
Laundry Room - Sink & washing machine.

Outdoors - Outside there is a private pool with poolside shower within the secluded walled garden that surrounds the property. There is shaded parking for several cars within the grounds of the property.

Javea is a bustling seaside resort with lots to do and see around the area. There are many coves & beautiful sandy beaches close by with the beautiful Mediterranean invitingly shimmering in the sunshine. The main beach area, known as the Arenal is a beautiful and picturesque cove, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars.

Description of Area
Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
There are other coastal resorts only a short distance away - Denia - approx 8 kms & Moraira is about 15 kms away. Moraira is a traditional fishing village and it is a delightful and picturesque place to visit with lots of restaurants and bars in and around the square. There are many Restaurants along the Coastal Road to Calpe which is another beautiful coastal resort with long sandy beaches and long promenades with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The Theme Parks - Terra Mitica, Aqualandia & Mundomar are just outside of Benidorm which is approx 35 minutes drive away. Benidorm itself has lots to offer for the holiday visitor with beautiful long sandy beaches, lots of restaurants and bars and at night there is an abundance of entertainment.
Going inland from the coast and only a short distance is the beautiful Jalon Valley with lots of small villages to visit and explore. Or, a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest with wonderful views as you climb upwards and even more so upon your return. It's a picturesque and traditional Spanish Village with narrow street shops and breathtaking panoramic views over the Valley. There are lots of beautiful wares for sale in the bigger shops which are close to the car parking area.
