Description of Villa
A charming, traditional Spanish style villa, on the Pueblo Alcasar residential park. This property is brimming with Spanish charm and offers complete tranquility for it´s guests. With satellite TV and wireless Internet and a very large swimming pool. Entry is via a private driveway. Stairs lead up to the front door, which opens into a large open plan lounge / diner. Here is an enormous flat screen TV, which receives a very good selection of channels including Sky movies and Sky Sports. Here there is a wireless Internet connection to allow guests to bring their laptops, as well as a large open fireplace. Arches lead into a dining room with seating for 6, then out onto a very large covered naya (porch) furnished with sofas and a second dining table with four seats. From here, the views of Moraira are very pretty. Also off the lounge is the kitchen with is well equipped. A hallway leads to two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a separate WC. Exterior stairs lead down to pool level, which is very secluded and private with pretty gardens, sunbeds, table and chairs, open views and a very large swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a second naya (covered porch) which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen including a large fridge and dining table, which is ideal for poolside barbecues. Off off this porch, a doorway leads into bedroom 3, which is a double with an en suite bathroom with shower, which is also where the washing machine is located. A second door off the porch leads into bedroom 4, which is a small twin room, suitable for teenagers or older children for whom pool safety is not a concern. The villa is located within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops, but there is no pavement, so this walk would not be suitable for families with children, and we would say a car is essential.
