It is situated in a picturesque area of Javea with pleasant views of a mature palm tree garden.
You can walk to local Bars approximately 5/ 20minutes and Javea beach is just a 5 minutes drive.
The accommodation is on two floors with access via internal staircase.

A large Double bedroom with a separate family bathroom En-suite, leading to;
a large bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds. Sleeps 4. (entrance via a bedroom).
First floor:
Master bedroom with a double bed,
Twin bedroom with 2 singles beds.

Comfortable luxury double lounge with TV/DVD, video and (cable TV.)
This room has many lovely features, open fire place and beamed ceilings.
Separate large dining room table with 2 more eating areas out side.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has fridge freeze, dish washer, washing machine, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave. Doorway leading to a rear terrace and BBQ area.
The BBQ area has all you need for out side entertaining.
Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 10 x 5m Swimming pool with terracing and mature large garden. Great for children.
Lots of areas for sun lounging and also shaded areas for out side eating and lounging .Out side summer lounge with fridge, overlooks the pool and gardens. Ping pong Table, trampoline, plus other games.
To the front of the villa, parking for 2 cars as well as road parking.

Just Five minutes drive from “Javea bay port
Four minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, shops and garage.
Five minutes drive to the “Arenal” beach area with its shops, boutiques, restaurants and a wonderful 2km boulevard to stroll along in the warm evenings. A couple of minutes further and you’re in the Javea Port and Marina area or the truly amazing Javea “Old Town” which you just simply must walk through.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
