This room has many lovely features, open fire place and beamed ceilings. Large Dining room off the Kitchen ,with a large table and 2 more eating areas outside.
The Fully equipped Kitchen has fridge freeze, dish washer, washing machine, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave. Doorway leading to a rear terrace and BBQ area. The BBQ area has all you need for outside entertaining.
Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 10 x 5m Swimming pool with terracing and lawn areas for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for out side eating and lounging. Outside is a summer lounge that overlooks the pool and garden with ping pong table.plus other games.

Description of Area
Just Five minutes drive from “Javea bay port Four minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, shops and garage. Five minutes drive to the “Arenal” beach area with its shops, boutiques, restaurants and a wonderful 2km boulevard to stroll along in the warm evenings. A couple of minutes further and you’re in the Javea Port and Marina area or the truly amazing Javea “Old Town” which you just simply must walk through.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
