Description of Villa
A beautiful large sunny villa all on one level. Situated in probably the most picturesque part of Javea overlooking the golf course. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts and golf courses all within a short drive. Many small beaches are close by and the main beach and town centre of Javea is approximately a 5 to 10 min drive away.
The villa is a private home, and furnished comfortably. This villa has been Decorated and furnished to a very good standard including fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and tiled light floors etc.
Outside there is ample parking for many cars and the plot is walled in for privacy. The pool is very private and has ample terrace area with sunloungers. There is also a terrace area with comfortable sun lounges and eating area with a built in BBQ.
The garden has mature palms and gravel and other terraced areas.

Inside the property there is a very large lounge dining area with patio doors opening on to terrace and the pool area. The room has many nice features; Tosca arches fire place. There is TV and video/DVD and C/D player.
From the dining area you have a sunny 2 lounge area overlooking the golf course.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including fridge and microwave electric oven and gas hob etc. washing machine.
The master bedroom has an en-suite, shower room and views over the pool area. The room is a good size and airy with fitted wardrobes and a Double bed.
The villa has 3 more double rooms all with twin and double beds
Bed 2 is a good size room with twin beds.
Bed 3 is also a twin bed room with built in wardrobes.
bed 4 has a double bed with a door leading to the pool terrace and outside seating area.
There is a Family shower room with w/c etc. adjacent to these rooms.
This is a lovely pretty villa and has everything that you could need for a family holiday.
This villa can also be rented as a 2 or 3 bed villa price in low and mid season.
