Alicante airport is only 1 hour away. Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches. Javea is a small fishing town, split into three areas, the Old Town, Port and Arenal. The historic Old Town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling areas with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal (beach) small, sandy cove surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
