Description of Accommodation

Cala Blanca is a Pretty 2 bedroom town house ideally located for a holiday without a car! All amenities, beach, bar, restaurants, shopping and nightclubs are within a short walking distance.

The Property is situated in a small private complex with a stunning pool and garden area. The town house has been completely updated and refurbished.

Accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. Family bathroom with bath and shower above. Lounge/dining room with television and music system. This room leads to the kitchen which has recently been modernized to include, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.

To the front of the property there is a private garden (with garden furniture and barbeque) and covered naya for al- fresco dining. The pool area is completely enclosed and is only accessible to key holders. Very large pool with a separate walk in access, ideal for young children and the disabled.

There is also a fun area for children with slides etc. Surrounding the pool there is a large garden and terracing for sunbathing. Good value accommodation!

Javea is pretty coastal town surrounded by mountains and valleys of orange groves. Javea has the best climate in Spain and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year!

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
