Situated in the centre of Torre del Mar, it has a sunny aspect and the use of a tennis court and swimming pool (in season). It is close to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants bus station and taxis.

The seafront promenade is 3 to 4 minutes walk from the apartment on the level.
