The Villa is a brand new house that consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them with a terrace and a roof terrace with sea and mountain views. There is a large living room which is comfortably furnished and with a sofa bed. A fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and a microwave etc.
There is a roof terrace with views over the sea and mountain. Also a communal swimming pool.
The Villa is situated in Benajarafe, a quiet area along the coast line with a distance of 10 minutes drive from Torre del Mar and another 30 minutes from Malaga Airport.
Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to all amenities and shops, restaurants, bars etc.
Benajarafe is a small district situated on the eastern side of Spain's Costa del Sol and its location is approx 14 kilometers from the regions capital, Malaga and lies within the area known as Axarquia.
Situated on the coast, between Rincon del la Victoria and Torre del Mar, it enjoys one of the best climates in Europe. The unique combination of sun and sea, makes it almost tropical.

Description of Area

Benajarafe if about 25 minutes drive to Nerja that boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.
However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town.
To get to this magnificent location, take the autovia del Mediterraneo (E-15), starting at Malaga and heading in the direction of Almeria. It is part of the municipality of Velez-Malaga, a town to the northeast of our village.
