Description of villa

Villa Alexandra is a new villa just outside the centre of Nerja, along the Rio Seco and is accessed by 200 Mtrs of rough track.

The house itself sits in its own grounds and on entering there is sufficient parking for at least one car and a large covered terrace at the front of the villa ideal for dining al fresco, there are a further two terrace on where the pool is situated (7.5 mtrs x 5mtrs) and the other at the side of the villa with a built in BBQ area and food preparation area.

The house is built on two levels and on entering you arrive into a large room which is divided into lounge/ dining area, the kitchen is separated from the lounge by an American and Arch, it is fully fitted with all modern conveniences, ceramic hob, electric oven and large fridge freezer.

From the lounge there is a small hallway that leads on to two bedrooms, one single and a double both with fitted wardrobes; these rooms share a shower room.

Stairs lead to a further large double bedroom with views of the coast, walk - in dressing room and large fully fitted bathroom the Jacuzzi bath.

Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Description of Area

Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain

Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada.
The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.

The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.

The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.

Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.

Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
