Double doors lead into the hallway with access to the lounge with L shaped sofa, elegant wing backed armchairs, a feature fireplace and a flat screen TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player. There is a dining room with a modern glass table and further sea views. The fully fitted high quality kitchen has granite work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. On this level is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, a second double and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and a further full bathroom with double sink unit, shower, WC and bidet. A marble staircase leads to a second lounge with comfortable sofas and a balcony with more sea views. The fourth bedroom on this level has a single bed, free standing wardrobe and a separate shower room. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine.
