Full Villa Description
Entry through electric gates (with video entry system operated from inside the villa) into the development with beautiful communal gardens leading onto a private driveway for two or three vehicles. A porch leads into a large entrance hall with doors to the open plan lounge / diner offering comfortable leather sofas, flat screen television with DVD player and a good selection of satellite channels. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the pool and terraces and a covered outdoor dining terrace overlooking mature secluded gardens and the private pool. There is a separate modern fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are three bedrooms, the master with en-suite bathroom and double bed, and another two with twin beds sharing a family bathroom. There is also a guest W.C. and a utility area housing the washing machine. All bedrooms have pull down shutters, air conditioning (see note regarding air conditioning costs) and built in wardrobes. The outside terrace has ample sun loungers surrounding a well maintained private pool measuring 8m x 4m with roman steps and pool-side shower. Villa is situated just five minutes driving distance from the centre of Moraira and its golden sandy beach and less than 15 minutes walk from the Tabaira commercial centre, with its bars, shops, supermarket & restaurants. The rear garden is centred around the attractive pool, with grassed areas, palm trees, brick built BBQ and perimeter walls. It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child. Wifi is available at a small extra charge.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.
