Full Villa Description
Entry is via electric gates onto a spacious driveway. There is a courtyard style entry way, complete with a large fishpond (child friendly) and beautiful flowering gardens. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (one double, one single) with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. There is an open plan lounge area with leather sofas, a TV with English channels and a kitchen equipped with everything you would need including a washing machine. A large naya (open conservatory) offers shade from the sun whilst outside there is a dining table and chairs as well as an outdoor fridge. There are plenty of sunbeds and places to sit by the pool. The pool is solar heated, meaning whilst not "hot" it is certainly a few degrees warmer than a standard pool outside of the summer months. External stairs lead up to the second part of the house. Here there is a very large enclosed naya with beautiful views, a dining table and occassional chairs to enjoy the view. Inside, there is a very pretty lounge area with cream sofas, and TV / DVD with English channels as well as a cosy fireplace. Here the kitchen is separate, and is also fully equipped with washing machine and appliances. On this level there is a twin bedroom with air condinioning and a single bedroom with TV / DVD that share a bathroom. The final bedroom is a double and also benefits from air conditioning, TV / DVD and a private ensuite bathroom. This property offers plenty of space to relax and has a charming feel to it. The location is superb, being within a short walk of a number of superb restaurants, bars and a large supermarket and many other shops making a car optional.
