Full Villa Description Outside the property is a private carport. Steps lead up to the downstairs apartment. Here there is a private terrace with exterior table and lovely valley views. Inside there is a small lounge / diner with TV / DVD player and a mini kitchen. This spot is ideal for teenagers or parents travelling with the party. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with use of a second bathroom. Exterior steps lead up to the main house and pool level. Here, there is plenty of small private areas with tables and chairs for separate members of the party to enjoy some quiet space and the beautiful views. Entry is into the kitchen / diner, which is very well equipped. On this level there are two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The twin bedroom includes a TV & PlayStation 2 with two controllers. The lounge is spacious and benefits from beautiful views and satellite TV with a good selection of English channels. A DVD player is also provided. The pool area is large and features a covered pergola with a dining table and a great barbecue area, as well as a built in kiddie pool- great for toddlers. The property is located on Cami De L´estret, so is in easy walking distance of Moraira´s town centre and beaches. Due to the number of steps it may not be suitable for the very elderly or infirm.

Moraira is geographically situated in a perfect location, around Moraira itself the landscape changes from the desert like flatness of Alicante to become greener and more undulating as you head North. It is an ideal location to easily visit other towns including Gudalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Valencia, Alicante and Denia.
Moraira's two main beaches are made up of clean golden sand and nestled in attractive bays, swimming here is safe and pleasant and the beach is a relatively uncrowded place to be even in the peak of summer. Moraira's main beach is situated right next to the town centre with convenient pedestrian walkways meaning that it is not necessary to cross a road to enter the town or the marina.
Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. Whether you are looking for typical Spanish cuisine in Spanish surroundings or international cuisine like Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian or even just egg & chips, then Moraira offers it all in style.
As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.
