A beautiful south-facing privately situated villa in the Montgo area of Javea with breathtaking views over the valley and mountains beyond.

Accommodation available is the attractively presented ground floor apartment comprising of open plan modern lounge and dining area with Dutch satellite TV, well equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms and house bathroom. Patio doors lead onto an open naya with outdoor dining facilities and overlooks the 10 x 5 kidney shaped pool with outdoor shower.

There is a shaded eating/barbecue area ideal for the hot summer days.

The accommodation available has use of the pool and garden area with the first floor accommodation being for the sole use of the owners who will not be in residence at the property.

Although the accommodation is an apartment it will be the same as renting a private villa as guests in the apartment will have the full use of the grounds except the upper private area.

Central heating is installed for the winter months.

Electric gates lead to the private parking area; a car is recommended.

With its variety of landscape, ranging from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas, its mild year-round climate, its careful planning and zoning policies and extensive tourist facilities, Javea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca which has preserved all the charm of an ancient fishing village.
