Benitachell is only a 5 min drive away and has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is easy car parking at the property.
Entry to the property from road level is through a lockable security iron gate and along the drive to the front door that leads into the large living room. To the right of the living room is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, side table, satellite TV & cabinet, radio/CD player and a display unit with books. There is a set of doors that lead out into the garden area at the rear.
To the right of the dining area is the kitchen that is fully fitted and equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, drop leaf table and 2 chairs.
To the right on entering the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & board, clothes airer, sink and vacuum cleaner.

There is a set of double glass doors that lead on to the pool area. The en-suite is to the left of bedroom 1 with bath, shower cubicle, basin and toilet. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Outside there is a large driveway, well planned gardens, a 10 x 5 pool with large terraces and a barbeque area. The naya (covered terrace) has a dining table and chairs and there are relaxing sun loungers for the pool.
