Due to high demand, we now have 20 top quality apartments available, each accommodating up to 4 people.  There is a swimming pool, bar and restaurant at Beyaz Villas. 

The above apartments are available with self catering facilities, however, the tariff price is inclusive of a breakfast buffet where you can eat as much as you like and your eggs done to order for freshness.  There are also daytime snacks and drinks and the excellent restaurant for your evening meal if you don't feel like cooking yourself.

There is also entertainment evenings arranged whenever possible. 

We also offer an excellent range of tours and boat trips.

Apartment Reception Rooms

Sleeps up to 4  people - Very spacious accommodation with 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.  However, for those with more in the family, please send your family profile (how many adults, ages of children etc.) and we will try to accommodate you with the most comfort in mind.  We have ample chair beds and 'Z' beds available for flexibility of accommodation..

The Beyaz Villas Resort is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre of Dalyan and also only 25 minutes from Dalaman Airport by taxi/dolmus.

The beautiful Turtle Beach with its warm clear water is close by for those lazy days in the Sun.  There's Mud baths & Spa baths too to enjoy and spoil yourselves.  

A good variety of Tours & Boat trips are available and nearby is the Lake Koycegiz which is a freshwater lake and the waters of Koyceyiz Lake fall into the Mediterranean Sea by a natural Canal which separates Kaunos from Dalyan

The ancient ruins of Kaunos, situated only 1 km from Dalyan, has the famous rock tombs that are the landmark of Kaunos and Dalyan - these sizeable rock tombs belonged to the people of Kaunos and are rich in history.   

Within walking distance of  your holiday accommodation there are plenty of good quality restaurants which provide inexpensive meals.

Also colourful local markets to enjoy and leisurely wander around whilst enjoying the busy atmosphere that everyone else is creating!
