Situated
in an up-market estate just off the Highway 192 and although
close to all amenities and only 10 minutes from Disney World,
our home is situated in a quiet area where around half the
properties are owned by US citizens and the majority of the
others by UK home-owners.
It
is ideally placed to enable you to visit the endless theme parks
and golf courses with the minimum of effort, as well as relax
and enjoy your holiday in the peaceful and idyllic surroundings.
Highway 192, which you may already have been told is the 'in'
place for the best shops and restaurants
We
can confidently say you will have the holiday of a lifetime and
will want to go back there again and again.
Our
Villa was brand new in March 1999 and is furnished to a
luxurious standard and is fully air conditioned/central
heated. It is also fitted with emergency lighting and
smoke alarms.
The
dining area with full mirrored wall is ideal for those quiet
romantic nights-in! The lounge is beautifully furnished
and has cable TV, VCR and Hi-Fi system for relaxation after
those busy Disney days.
The
master bedroom has a large queen size bed, cable TV,
radio/telephone alarm, a large en-suite with corner bath,
separate shower, WC and double vanity unit.
The
second master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with shower,
vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom
three is a themed Disney room with Tiger and Pooh Bear and has a
florida bunk bed comprising of single top bunk & a double bottom.
Bedroom
four is a twin room, sharing an adjoining bathroom with bedroom
three incorporating a bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.
All
bedroom have large fitted wardrobes with coat hangers. All
linen and towels including pool/beach towels are included.
For
extra peace of mind and safety of personal valuables, a safe is
installed.
Private
south facing 26' x 13' screened pool that gets the sun all day
long. There is a separate children's pool for the safety
and enjoyment of the younger members. There is a large
decking area that is tastefully equipped with loungers and patio
furniture - it is covered by screening giving you protection
against insects but not impairing your suntan. By night
for more relaxation and enjoyment, the pool and patio can be
illuminated.
In
the double garage there is a large washer and dryer available
for your use
