This
is a very large property consisting of 3,454 sq.ft. providing
extremely spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 12
guests.
The
house is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac and has green
views. Highlands Reserve is a 72 part championship golf
course and it is only 2 minutes walk from our home to the
clubhouse. And in total contrast it is also only a 12
minute drive to the Disney Parks providing a great base for
family and golfing holidays alike.
The
house has 2 living rooms both of which have sofa beds. One
of them still gives total privacy for the users as it is away
from the main living area and as well as a bedroom, it is
another place to relax and have peace and quiet if you wish.
The
main living area is open plan and very airy and spacious.
The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the living room with a
breakfast bar and a nook for eating adjacent to it. The
dining room also extends out from this large open plan room.
The
master suite is very luxurious and includes a roman bath and
separate shower room. There is another double room
downstairs with an adjacent bathroom and direct access to the
pool area. The further 3 twin rooms provide very flexible
accommodation.
There
has been a games room added to the property plus high-speed
internet access, a 57" HDtTV in the main living area.
TV's/DVD's in all bedrooms and living areas and a full size pool
table.
Ample linen and towels are provided for
your whole party.
Outside
there is a private pool and a spa to provide our guests with all
the comforts that they require. There is ample outside
furniture to lounge about and enjoy our extended deck and pool
area.
And
nearby, apart from the golf course, the development has a
communal pool, playground and tennis court - all within 5
minutes walk.
All
of our guests have commented on the high standard and
spaciousness of our home. For them it is more than a home
from home holiday.
Only
12 minutes drive to the Disney Parks with many other attractions
such as MGM, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, Sea
World, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Discovery Cove and many
more attractions are within the local vicinity.
There is a variety of eating places on
the highway 192 and if you like shopping, there are many flea
markets, gift shops and branded outlets to pick up bargains
galore.
A
holiday-makers paradise!
There are numerous golf courses for any keen golfers.
There
is so much to see and do. Tours of Cape Canaveral or
explore the east coast beaches of Melbourne and Cocoa all about
an hour away.
