This great villa is a single storey home, very spacious and comfortably sleeps 8, it can also sleep 10 with the added pull out sofa in the Family Room. It is fully equipped with all the amenities from Cable TV to Hairdryer. The villa is situated in a prime location, it is the ideal spot for easy access to the Coastal routes, Disney and all other major attractions as well as the local amenities on Highway 192, which is full of retail shop/restaurants and entertainment for all the family.

[Master Bedroom] as well as having a Queen Bed with cable TV/ceiling fan, has an en-suite for privacy with a his and hers wash basins/walk in shower cubicle/separate toilet and heart shaped bath tub. It also provides you with a hairdryer/large walk in closet/drawer space as well as access to the pool area through the patio doors.

[Double Bedroom] has double bed/ceiling fan and ample drawer and closet space.

[Twin Rooms- 2] both provide drawer and closet space with ceiling fans. It also has bathroom 3 between the 2 rooms to share.

[Family Room] has 2 & 3 Seater sofa's one of which provides extra sleeping space for those larger families, cable TV, VCR with films, CD Player for the kids entertainment as well as the day around the pool. There is Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house for that extra comfort on those restless nights. There are also sliding doors for easy access to the pool deck and 28 ft pool. If you like to read while sun bathing we also provide a small collection of books to read.

[Living Room] provides extra seating space consisting of a 2 & 3 seater sofa's and adjoining [Dining Room] with table and 6 chairs for those family get together's

If you like cooking while on vacation our kitchen provides all utensils to help you on your way, from knives and forks to pot's and pan's. This home is in the near vicinity of both Orlando and Sanford Airports. Orlando Airport is 30 Minutes from our homes, if flying to Sanford we are only 45 minutes away via the 417 toll road. It costs a total of $5 in tolls but is a quicker route to take than the Interstate 4.

Booking deposit of 35% required. Until confirmed the rates are subject to change without notice.

ALL RATES ARE FOR A 7 NIGHT STAY AND ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL STATE TAXES OF 12%, CLEANING PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE AS WELL AS OUR UTILITY BILLS SUCH AS WATER/CARETAKER AND ELECTRICITY ETC.

We do not have a minimum rental period, however there will be a charge of UK �50 or US $75 Cleaning Fee for any stays less than 7 nights.

Tariff details:

4 people   = UK �475-($760)
6 people   = UK �525-($840)
8 people   = UK �575-($920)
10 people = UK �625-($1000)

POOL HEATING is an additional cost of UK �75 OR US $115 and is recommended from September to April but only at your own request

We require our booking form and deposit of 35% of the total rental period. We do hold dates for 7 days whilst awaiting your details , if those details are not received with-in this time then the dates are then opened up.

We request that Final payment be made within 8 weeks prior to check-in. If however you book within a few weeks of your departure we would therefore require full payment along with our Booking Form.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
You will receive directions prior to your arrival giving details of our Caretakers and Gate codes etc. You must arrive no earlier than 4pm on your arrival date unless it has been arranged with our caretakers consent. [DEPARTURE must be before 11am and our home is left in the same standard as you arrived.] If however damage is caused during your stay and is not reported then a deduction of the cost will be taken from your SECURITY DEPOSIT.
