The house was perfect. The children would rather stay in the pool
than go to the theme parks. The standard of decoration and
cleanliness could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation in
returning or recommending the house to anyone.

We wish to thank you for the holiday we have just had in your Cap
San Blas Villa. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The
villa was superbly equipped, and your caretaker should be
congratulated for the standard of cleanliness. We would have no
hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone. Its location was
ideal and allowed us to enjoy our holiday both at the Orlando
attractions and Gulf Coast beaches.

I rented the home with my brother-in-law and his family. My
sister-in-law and I had already planned to clean the bathrooms and
wash the linen as soon as we got there. Let me tell you this home
was spotless!!! I couldn't tell that anyone had been in the home
prior to our arrival. We're moms so the house being clean was very
important to us. It was much more than we expected. This was our
first time renting a home for vacation. We're usually in a hotel.
After staying in this home we can never stay in a hotel again. Just
wish they had more homes in other areas. I will definately stay
there again on my next visit to Orlando.

This was one great house! The neighborhood was very quiet and
peaceful. It really was a home away from home. Everything you might
need was in this house. Even down to a port-a-crib and high chair.
Everyone to deal with through this website was very friendly and
courteous. You couldn't ask for a better group of people. I highly
recommend staying in one of their homes. I know that I will in the
future.

This was our first time renting a home like this--we have rented
Condos before, but they sure don't measure upto this home. Very
clean, very nice, loved the privacy of our own pool. Thanks again
for a great vacation and would like to rent this one again!!

|
It was scary purchasing a vacation home for a week when you live in
another state. We were all nervous, but when we arrived at the
house, all those worries went away. We had a wonderful time. The
weather wasn't the greatest, but what can you do. The house is 15
minutes from Disney World and our vacation was great. The kids loved
swimming in the pool in the evening. The house was very clean and
beautiful. We couldn't of asked for more. Customer Service with
Julie was outstanding. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation in your
home.

My family and I visited Florida for the first time in May of this
year. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Your home made it
even more enjoyable. We were in awe when we pulled up to the house
and even more so when we went inside. The home is absolutely
beautiful, relaxing, comfortable, well maintained, and easy access
to the theme parks. Unlike staying in a hotel, we didn't even feel
like we were away from our real home. I just can't say enough to
express the joy your home brought to my family and I while we were
vacationing. Thank you so much for allowing us into your home and
having the time of our lives in Florida.

It was so relaxing to come back to the villa after a tiring day at
the theme parks. The rooms were so spacious and well appointed that
it wasn't necessary to go anywhere else once you had returned after
a busy day. The fact that you could relax around the pool where it
was quiet and warm was an added bonus. We look forward to visiting
the villa again.
